Shard Place

An architectural statement, this 27-storey glass building will echo the skyline impact of its renowned sister development. The eye catching design of the Shard Place is expressed through a striking architectural composition defined by two intersecting volumes. Together, they appear to ‘float’ 16 metres above ground level, this signature design approach is further reflected in architectural features such as a striking faceted façade with low-iron glazing that maximises natural daylight, and naturally ventilated winter gardens that enhance the building’s relationship between indoor and outdoor living.

Each of the homes, range in size from studios to three-bedroom apartments have been crafted to make living in the capital easy and elegant, whilst prioritising wellbeing. Varying from 425 sq. ft. to 1,486 sq. ft, with 20 differing layouts, each residence is designed to foster connection to the surrounding urban landscape. Flooded with daylight and offering remarkable views of London’s ever-changing skyline, key features include floor to ceiling windows and triple aspect vistas.

Every residence is also complete with bespoke handmade furnishings by State of Craft. For added convenience and comfort, residents can enhance their homes with optional upgrades including Beaumont & Brown linens and bespoke ProCook kitchenware. Throughout the building, and within each apartment, over 1,000 artworks have been individually curated by Richeldis Fine Art.
