Expanding their horizons beyond Dubai’s thriving real estate scene, Automobili Lamborghini – the renowned Italian automaker and luxury real estate company Dar Global have formed a partnership for an exciting project known as Tierra Viva.

Tierra Viva marks Automobili Lamborghini’s first residential project in Europe. Located in the heart of the breathtaking hills of Andalusia, in the exclusive village of Benahavis, which is renowned for its peaceful settings, and its location offers easy access to several points of interest in the area, including the beach, Puerto Banús, the Marbella Club Golden Mile, and the Marbella Marina.

Featuring 53 large individual villas inspired by iconic super sports car designs. Positioned at different heights, the villas offer residents panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The complex features three different types of villas: Diamante, Zafiro and Esmeralda. The Esmeralda, a four-bedroom house, will be the smallest. Next are the six-bedroom Diamanta and five-bedroom Zafiro. Whichever of the opulent residences you opt for, it will come with a beautiful pool, several outdoor spaces, and lush gardens.

Each unit also has direct car access and a rooftop swimming pool.The interiors are embellished with high-end finishes inspired by the style of Automobili Lamborghini including marble floors, exquisite leather accents, and glass throughout.
