Inspired by a jungle theme, you are in for an experience at Zuaya with fusion flavours from Peru, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. The menu only features 3 taco dishes: lamb purple tacos, squid black tacos and salmon green taco. The stand out is the lamb purple taco, the tortilla is soft and filled with slowly-braised lamb shank flavoured with Moroccan Ras El Hanout spice, smoked coriander and pineapple – it’s just as delicious as it sounds!

It is one of those restaurants which makes you feel warm as soon as you enter. The fillings are generous – you certainly won’t leave hungry and are all made fresh on site including the salsas. One of their more popular dishes includes Baja fish served with chipotle mayo and the grilled bavette steak which is served on blue corn tortillas topped with guacamole, grilled spring onions, pickled onions, salsa ranchera.
