Four Seasons, the luxury hotel brand have created two new self-drive itineraries for 2023. Pushing the limits of what’s possible, the Four Seasons Drive Experience offers an exhilarating driving journey through the world’s most breathtaking destinations, all from the seat of a luxury vehicle.

Following the success of the inaugural Four Seasons Drive Experience through Tuscany, the leading luxury hospitality company has announced two new itineraries for 2023 that will showcase the best of the European Alps and one of North America’s food and wine capitals, Napa Valley, all whilst incorporating stays at its luxury five-star properties.

From behind the wheel of a luxury vehicle, guests can experience curated dining, custom routes, and exclusive access to local talent and cultural offerings. Four Seasons Drive Experience delivers a fully immersive driving experience from the moment you book your trip to your return home. With every detail mapped out to perfection, from behind-the-scenes access to traditional Swiss watchmaking, to soaring hot air balloon rides, these journeys don’t only show you the world, they let you experience it too.

Four Seasons Drive Experience in the Heart of the Alps  from 12th – 18th June 2023

Start and end your day surrounded by mountain views from two of our most breathtaking Alpine destinations. After days of exploring, find a new level of comfort as you relax at the spa or enjoy Michelin-starred dining at both Four Seasons Hotel Des Bergues Geneva and Four Seasons Hotel Megève.

The schedule will commence at Four Seasons Hotel Des Bergues Geneva and the program will include a trip to Gruyère Village, the UNESCO World Heritage Lavaux Vineyard Terraces, and historical wine estates, where guests can indulge in the exquisite Swiss wine and cheese pairing.

While en route to Four Seasons Hotel Megève, there will also be an opportunity to learn about the timeless art of watchmaking, take a scenic drive through Chateau d’Avully, and embark on a thrilling expedition across the remote Grand Saint Bernard Mountain pass. In Megève, the itinerary includes an exhilarating excursion to Annecy, a visit to the Mont Blanc Massif, and its panoramic 360-degree views of the French, Swiss, and Italian Alps.

Four Seasons Drive Experience Through Napa Valley from October 29 to November 4, 2023

Cruise the rolling hills of Napa, making stops along the way to unlock exclusive winery access, embark on guided culinary excursions together, and experience this spectacular region by land, sea, and air. This itinerary is geared towards food and wine enthusiasts.

The program commences with a welcome dinner in the Vineyard Barn, surrounded by 23 acres of Cabernet vines and unobstructed mountain views. The next day will start with a scenic drive to Tomales Bay for an immersive oyster farming experience followed by a gourmet lunch overlooking the bay. In the evening, guests will enjoy a sumptuous dinner for the senses, complimented by the region’s specialty wines.

The following days will be dedicated to discovering unique flavours and being immersed in fragrant wine notes touring Napa’s most talked about wineries, only accessible to Four Seasons Drive Experience guests, including Opus One Winery, born from the collaboration between two of the most esteemed winemaking figures: Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild and Robert Mondavi.

For the final days of the itinerary, guests will take a private ferry tour around San Francisco Bay and end the seven-day experience in the clouds with hot-air balloon rides that offer panoramic views of the vineyards and undulating mountains.
