The BoTree operates with a refreshing purpose-driven ethos, emphasizing conscious luxury and a focus on minimising the impact on the planet.

The location plays an essential role in the hotel’s vibrant design and choice of materials pay homage to the existing architectural charm of Marylebone Lane and Welbeck Street. These design touches extend into the hotel’s 199 rooms, which also include 30 suites. Offering a range of different room and suites, each room is styled to reflect the individuality of the Lane. Featuring its own guest entrance and an outdoor terrace, this exclusive space can be combined with the adjoining suites to create a large wing for the ultimate private retreat.

The BoTree’s commitment to being eco-friendly and purpose-driven approach is at the root of everything and can be seen throughout the hotel. These choices include partnerships with like-minded brands that are a catalyst for positive change, such as Jo Loves, The BoTree’s official bathroom amenity partner. Jo Loves products are vegan, natural, sulphate-, paraben-, and cruelty-free, as well as packaged using OceanBound Plastic. The beds have eucalyptus Tencel bedding and a vegan leather headboard.
