Europe’s Only Rooftop Ice Skating Rink : Tobacco Dock

Skylight is London’s unique rooftop, set against a background of the London skyline. Transforming with the seasons, Skylight Tobacco Dock has been converted into a glistening winter paradise, complete with Europe’s first and only rooftop ice rink with real ice, and, cosy, heated igloos and huts with views that know no bounds.

Skate rentals are provided however, skate skills will be all on you! If it’s your first time, safety penguins are ready to the rescue. This unique ice rink is surrounded by tables, igloos and huts clear igloos. After your skate session, tuck into cosy blankets & sip on some mulled wine for an unforgettable winter experience.

As the nights begin to draw in, get festive with a warm mulled wine whilst watching sunset over the city. Heated après skate bars illumined with glimmering lights, will be serving up a delicious array of warming wintry cocktails, beers and ciders as well as restorative mulled wine. All accompanied by delicious menu to help warm up your winter activities curated by their in house chefs.

It doesn’t just end at ice skating on a rooftop at Tobacco Dock, this rooftop also boasts indoor games on level 9, an urban playground, complete with two croquet courts, ping pong table, shuffle-board and a cosy sofa area to meet new friends. On certain days this winter season, Tobacco Dock will also be hosting Rooftop drag on ice. The fabulous drag queens are swapping high heels for ice skates. expect glamour, hilarity and frosty shenanigans. Following the sparkly glide, you’ll be treated to an hour of unlimited wine or Prosecco inside the cosy indoor Apres-skate bar where the entertainment continues with a hilarious drag bingo with opportunity to win prizes. The party won’t stop there, as our resident DJ takes over the dance floor for an evening you will always remember.

Also lined up are Family Sunday winter activities, Bottomless brunches, Wednesday wine nights and to top it all off the new year’s party. Skate on the rooftop ice rink as fireworks lit up the sky.
