London’s red-hot fitness trend is officially coming to KXU, as the boutique Chelsea gym launches brand-new Hot Pilates class, fusing dynamic movement with infrared-powered heat for a full-body burn like no other.

This isn’t your average mat session. Hot Pilates at KXU cranks up the temperature to a muscle-shaking 30°C, combining the precision of Pilates, the burn of barre, the flow of yoga, and the functionality of strength training into one sculpting, sweat-dripping workout. Designed around the popular Paola’s Body Barre (Pilates-Barre-Burn) method, this 50-minute session builds deep core strength, total-body tone and next-level flexibility – without placing pressure on your joints.
