Locate high above the lush green forest on an elevated dining platform high amongst the treetops, this bucket list experience is aptly named the Flying Sauces. The only way to access this one of a kind restaurant is via a 200-metre zipline route. Combining world-class gastronomy with the thrill and excitement of ziplining Flying Sauces is set against Soneva Fushi’s magnificent vistas over the lush jungle and sparkling ocean beyond.

Flying Sauces zipline route take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, once you are securely strapped into safety harnesses glide along the scenic route elevated up to 10 metres in the air and finish at the elevated treetop table on the edge of the forest near Dolphin Beach.

Choose from a selection of Flying Sauces experiences, including breakfast or high tea, which lasts around one hour and dinner with optional wine pairing that lasts between two and three hours. You can even opt out from the dining experiences and simply enjoy just the the zip lining experience.

Once you arrive at the dining platform, Chef Rasal Jayawardene, who has been trained by some of the world’s best chefs will prepare a 6 course seasonal menu using just the finest ingredients. The open kitchen give you a peek into the culinary action high above the ground. Pair your dining experience with a selection of over 9,000 fine wines from Soneva Fushi’s extensive cellar.

Some of the signature dishes include, Hokkaido scallops carpaccio with crispy wild rice, celeriac two ways with a raisin salsa, marinated prawns with avocado puree, chorizo oil and rocket, baby leeks with brie cheese cream sauce and rosemary crumble, black cod with artichoke puree and teriyaki truffle sauce and to finish a plant based cheesecake with mango salsa and mixed berry compote.
